Acrylic Basics

Bite-Sized Kids Cooking
Empower you and your child to step into the kitchen and learn lifelong skills of choosing and exploring healthy and whole foods. Using your senses, taste, touch, see and smell new foods. Get hands-on cooking experience. Learn about kitchen safety, peeling, measuring, chopping, mixing, and so much more while making memories with their family. Older kids will build on basics, recognize kitchen tools and appliances, read recipes and labels, make shopping lists, and learn basic knife skills. Community Jam Band
Grab an instrument of your choice and jam out! Meet fellow musicians, improvise and exchange musical ideas. Build on each other's melodies and rhythms while playing along to your favorite tunes or compose your own. Use the music provided or simply freestyle in this all-inclusive space. Dancing Through the Decades
This class is like a dance party in New York City, but for adult non-dancers. No coordination or rhythm required! This class infuses gentle dance moves, steps and stretches, moving in unison. The moves feel good on the body, creating a cohesive feel and works every muscle head to toe, including the brain. This up tempo, energizing and vibrant class, set to music hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Dress comfortably. No dance experience needed!
