Bite-Sized Wellness Kids on the Move!
This course welcomes your child into a fun, physically-engaging environment. Fitness is at the heart of each class, teaching children to enjoy movement and play! Using engaging strategies, your child will run, jump, throw, balance, practice coordination, push, pull, climb and lift. The course is a combination of structured and unstructured movement allowing them to get creative! Kids will improve their physical skills, make new friends, and learn foundational habits for making movement and play a part of their life. Coping with Big Feelings
Feelings are important and how we deal with them! Participants engage in activities which explore different emotions, help understand why they are feeling them, and learning coping strategies to work through them. Creative Clayworks
Play with clay! Participants will be introduced to a variety of clay techniques such as molding, shaping and texturing while exploring the fundamentals of 3-D design. Flag Football League: Grade K-1
Learn all the skills of the game in this recreational, non-contact flag football league. The league is divided by grade level (depending on registrations, grade levels may be combined). The league includes a 6-game season followed by a postseason playoff at the end of the season. Sign up individually or by team. All participants receive a jersey. Volunteer coaches needed. Intro to Baton Twirling
Experience the fun and excitement of baton twirling. Our intro twirling class introduces students to basic twirling skills in a high-energy, positive format. Join the Saturday/Sunday junior indoor golf clinic designed to get new golfers excited about the game. Skyhawks Lacrosse
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, non‐checking environment. All equipment is provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own lacrosse stick. Participants are not required to wear goggles, a helmet or gloves due to the use of soft lacrosse balls. Swim School Group Lessons: Session 05 (February 3-March 12); Rockwood Summit High School
Parkway-Rockwood Swim School offers group learn-to-swim classes for children ages 4 and up. Group lessons are taught at six stations, where new swimmers are assessed and placed according to their skill level. Students progress through stations at their own pace, with a focus on mastering proper body position, stroke technique, and kicking, breathing, and timing.
