    Improve balance, cardio-vascular health, and lower stress to promote harmony and health in your mind, body and spirit. This form contains 18 different movements, starting with basic skills and fundamental movements of Chen Style Tai Chi. Difficult movements are omitted, yet key components are well-emphasized.
