Adult & Me: Mother's Day Tea Party
Kids can celebrate Mother's Day with the special adult in their life! Memorable crafts, exciting games, and of course, tea and sweets! This program is taught by a CE Instructor. Saturday, May 3 | Rockwood South Middle School | 10-11:30 a.m. All Ages $19 per person -
Preschool: Session 07 (April 28-May 21); Rockwood Summit High School
The preschool lesson program is designed to introduce 3-5 year olds to proper breathing, front/back float and kicking techniques. When they can be done on a consistent basis, the child will continue to freestyle and backstroke. After they have reached the age of four, they may be moved to the Group Lessons. -
Swim School Group Lessons: Session 07 (April 28-May 21); Rockwood Summit High School
Group lessons are for ages 4 and up with classes taught in six stations. New swimmers will be evaluated and placed at a station based on their current skill level. Swimmers will advance from station to station at their own pace as they learn and can consistently perform the skills taught at each station. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes while focusing on basic water safety, fitness and fun.
