  • Adult Beginner Swim Lessons

    Swim lessons for the adult beginner; small class size and individual attention make this class perfect for those adults just learning how to swim. Adults will work on floating, kicking, gliding, treading, breathing, and improving your swimming skills in the water. Our goal is to make everyone safe and not afraid of the water.
  • Adult Master Lap Fitness Swimming - September through December

    Try our coached master swim program or do your own workout. All swimming abilities and fitness levels are welcome. Workouts will be given to help adults who still compete, former swimmers, or triathletes looking to improve. Ages 18+. Sign up for the 4 month session of unlimited swims, or purchase a 3, 6, or 12 swims Stamp Card. The Stamp Cards do not expire. Schedule* 5:00am – 6:30am, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, Marquette High School7:00am – 8:30am, Sunday, Marquette High School10:30am – 12:00pm, Monday through Friday, Crestview Indoor Pool *Practice times and locations subject to change based on pool availability and weather. Practices will likely be at the Crestview Outdoor Pool in September and part of October before moving indoors as indicated above.

Beginner swimmers will work on floating, kicking, gliding, treading, breathing, and improving your swimming skills in the water. Intermediate swimmers will learn improvement on their technique in order to get the most out of their exercise. Our goal is to make everyone safe and not afraid of the water, and to get those most out of their lap swim exercises.

  • Aqua Aerobics Fall (Shallow or Deep Water)

    This low-impact workout is perfect for those looking to get in shape. Aqua Aerobics classes combine low-impact cardio, muscle toning, strengthening, and balance exercises. Classes are held in both deep and shallow water and meet twice a week. Check out our Water Walking class as well. Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 50 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Gold Card issued in your name to receive the discounted rate. If you do not have a Gold Card and would like to request one, complete an online request form. For any questions, please call us at 636-891-6644. Silver Card members (residents outside of the Parkway and Rockwood districts ages 50 and older) receive a 15% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Silver Card membership to receive the discounted rate (you will not receive a physical card).   • Sensory-Friendly: Adult Open Swim

    Sensory Friendly Adult Open Swim sessions are designed for adults (18+) with social, emotional, cognitive, or physical impairments who may not benefit from a traditional pool setting. Program Format: The pool will be open for participants to swim in the shallow or deep end for sensory stimulation, physical activity, and gross motor skill development in a quiet, open environment (six participants maximum per session). A lifeguard will be present; however, participants will not receive direct instruction or in-water support from staff. Parents or guardians must accompany the adaptive adult swimmer in the pool if 1:1 support is needed. Session 1: Sunday, September 27 | 1:30-2:30 p.m. OR 2:45-3:45 p.m.Session 2: Sunday, October 25 | 1:30-2:30 p.m. OR 2:45-3:45 p.m.Session 3: Sunday, November 29 | 1:30-2:30 p.m. OR 2:45-3:45 p.m. Ages 18+ | Crestview Middle School $35 per person | Gold/Silver Card does not apply Pay a little more and help others enjoy learning and fun with Community Ed! Each of our adult programs includes an option to ‘pay a little more'.   • Water Walking Fall

    Water Walking classes are held in chest-deep water, and may occasionally involve both shallow and deep water exposure. The class will include a variety of workouts focusing on aerobic activity, strength, and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on range of motion and proper technique. All fitness levels and swimming abilities are welcome. Check out our Aqua Aerobics classes as well.
