Adult Self-Defense
In this six-week introductory course, students will learn practical self-defense skills through the lens of Kenpo Karate, focusing on confidence, awareness, and attacker-repelling techniques. Through age-appropriate scenarios and movement drills, students build strength, respect, and the tools to stand tall in tough situations. DIY Hair Salon
Students will create their own cardboard characters and bring them to life with colorful yarn hair! Using cardboard cutouts as a base, kids will design faces, add yarn strands, and then style, braid, and decorate their creations just like in a real salon. This hands-on project encourages imagination and builds fine motor skills as students experiment with silly hairstyles and bold colors. Everyone will leave with a one-of-a-kind art piece and maybe some new hairstyling tricks too. This course is designed as a drop off program.
