    Group lessons are for ages 4 and up with classes taught in six stations. New swimmers will be evaluated and placed at a station based on their current skill level. Swimmers will advance from station to station at their own pace as they learn and can consistently perform the skills taught at each station. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes while focusing on basic water safety, fitness and fun.

    This program is for the Swim School level 6 swimmer who wants to go to the next level beyond the instructional focus of the group classes. Compared to Swim School group lessons, the pre-competitive classes are longer, more endurance-based, and meet twice a week. Coaching is conducted from the deck and will be very similar to a competitive swim club practice. This group is also perfect for anyone who enjoyed summer league swimming, and wants to continue swimming during the school year but is not able to commit to or qualify for a year-round competitive swim team. Pre-competitive classes will strive to refine stroke technique so if your child is still having trouble learning the butterfly and/or breaststroke you might want to consider taking a Swim School group lesson class. Qualifications: 50 yards freestyle, 25 yards backstroke and have an idea of how to swim breaststroke and butterfly; or be in station 6 in Swim School.

    This entry-level indoor class is designed for kids with little to no golf experience. Participants will learn proper swing technique along with putting and chipping through fun drills and games that keep them engaged while building a strong foundation in the basics of golf.     Youth Karate builds strong fundamentals in striking, kicking, combinations, movement, and conditioning through structured, high‑energy training designed specifically for kids. Students learn real self‑defense skills through repetition, coordination drills, and play‑based exercises that keep them engaged while developing confidence and discipline. Kids who participate in both sessions will complete the full beginner curriculum and become eligible to test for Orange Belt. Successful students may then join our Purple Belt class, where they continue advancing into more challenging techniques and combinations. This program provides a clear, supportive path for beginners and returning students who want to make real progress in martial arts.
