Boot Camp Fitness
This is a fast-paced, military-inspired conditioning class built to push you from start to finish. For 60 straight minutes, you will move through bodyweight drills, strength circuits, core work, and sustained cardio designed to build power, endurance, and real functional toughness. The program is created in part by a 22-year U.S. Army veteran, bringing authentic training structure, discipline, and no-nonsense intensity to every session. Tai-Chi Long Form
This class introduces students to the foundational movements and principles of Yang-style Tai Chi in a calm, supportive setting. Each session builds balance, body awareness, and confidence while gently strengthening the whole body. Students learn step-by-step portions of the Yang long form, developing the ability to move with ease and stay centered under pressure. Our Dad & Me Golf Clinic is designed to create memorable experiences that bond Dad and child through the joy of golf. By participating together in fun and interactive golf games, families not only learn the fundamentals of golf but also share quality time that strengthens relationships.
