Some of the programs offered during this week take place during Rockwood Summer Academy hours (noted below with * after program name) . NOTE: These classes are open to all individuals. You do not have be part of Rockwood Summer Academy to participate in these programs.

WOERTHER ELEMENTARY 

Creatures of the Sea* | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Woerther Elementary | $99 (no class June 19) 
Did you know that over 80% of the worlds oceans have yet to be mapped, studied, or even seen by humans. Just imagine what might be down there! Let's take some time to discover some of the most interesting sea creatures that we know of, and then let's take some time to create some creatures that "might" be down there.

Imagination Creation* | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Woerther Elementary | $99 (no class June 19) 
The best creations come from our imaginations! Whether it's a new type of animal, a creature that lives in your head, a new type of roller coaster or anything in between, we want to create it! Each day will have a theme and focus but it will be our campers that decide exactly what to create each day! Follow along with our designs or create your own. The only limitation is your imagination!

Beads and Bracelets* | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Woerther Elementary | $99 (no class June 19) 
Let's make some jewelry! Create something to trade with a friend, give to a family member, or create something special just for you. With different projects each day there will be time to make something for everyone!

Boom! It's Science* | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Woerther Elementary | $99 (no class June 19) 
We love science! We especially love science that makes things fizz, squiggle, grow and go boom! Try out some of our favorite science experiments each day and get ready to say WOW that's cool!

Play it Up P.E.* | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Woerther Elementary | $99 (no class June 19) 
If someone in our life loves to run, jump, and play this is the camp for them. Play some of our P.E. teachers favorite games and more!

SELVIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOL

After School Snacks | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 6-8 | Selvidge Middle School | $99 (no class June 19) 
It's time to level up your snack game! Nothing is better than coming home from school to your favorite snacks. But, we can do better than chips and popcorn. Learn some fun and easy ways to make amazing snacks that you can enjoy any time of day!

Chain Reactions | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 6-8 | Selvidge Middle School | $99 (no class June 19) 
Can you pour a glass of water? Of course you can! Can you pour a glass of water without touching the pitcher or the cup? Let's build something that can! From wheels to levers, pulleys and cranks let's get building and creating!
