Private swim lessons for the adult beginner to intermediate swimmer. One on one attention make this class perfect for those adults just learning how to swim or do some lap swimming and looking for improvement on technique. Beginner swimmers will work on floating, kicking, gliding, treading, breathing, and improving your swimming skills in the water. Intermediate swimmers will learn improvement on their technique in order to get the most out of their exercise. Our goal is to make everyone safe and not afraid of the water, and to get those most out of their lap swim exercises.
