This eight-class program focuses on more intensive technical skill development, footwork, core strength and agility. Teamwork, discipline and work ethic will be developed through mini-games.

The course is scheduled for 8 classes between December 11, 2023 and February 26, 2024, anticipating there may be unexpected blackouts due to un- or re-scheduled school events or weather related emergencies.
