This program was designed to give kids a positive introduction to Flag Football and Track & Field. Using our age-appropriate curriculum and modified equipment, participants learn fundamentals of both sports and social skills through a series of fast-paced instructional circuits and developmental games. The primary development objectives for this class include passing, catching, and running for Flag Football and running, jumping, and throwing vents for Track & Field along with life skills such as respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship!
