Develop confidence, self-control and a sense of calm while learning self-defense! Black belt instructor encourages students, rather than using intimidation. This course teaches hand/foot techniques including breaking free from an attacker or bully. Stressed as a martial art rather than a competitive sport. Purchase required uniform at first class; $25 to $35 depending on age. Offered in partnership with The Arch Shidokan Karate.
