Youth tennis clinics help advance your skill level and improve your game. Designed in coordination with the United Tennis Association, develop hand-eye coordination and learn the stroke fundamentals. Offered in collaboration with: Vetta Sports.

Ages 5-8 - 36’ x 18’ court - shorter nets - 18”-20” rackets. This class revolves entirely around having FUN, developing hand-eye coordination, and introducing basic stroke fundamentals. Proper rallying and serving aspects are explored while students are exposed to the basic rules of the game. This program is for participants 5-8 years old. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports.

Ages 9-10 - 60’ court - 23’’-25” rackets. This class encourages students to rally in a controlled fashion while learning the basics of score keeping. Singles and doubles are introduced as players can begin to play actual points on the age appropriate shortened courts. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports.

Ages 11-12 - standard court - 26”-27” rackets. This is a transitional class for players moving from orange classes to full-9-12size court with green tennis balls. Stroke fundamentals are still covered, but there is an introduction to strategy-based drills. Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports.

Ages 13-18 - standard court - 27” rackets * NEW FORMAT: DRILL AND PLAY. Designed for the ideal PREPARATION for future and current high school tennis players. An introduction and continued development of strokes, scoring and strategy (DRILL), with an emphasis on live ball and match play situations (PLAY). Super fun, fast-paced and informative! Offered in partnership with Vetta Sports.

Parkway West High School | Tuesdays, starts June 3 and July 8 | 5 sessions
Age 5-8 | 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Ages 9-12 | 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Ages 13-18 | 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Marquette High School | Saturdays, starts June 21 and July 26 | 5 sessions *note date changes from printed catalog

Ages 5-8 | 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. (August 16 and 23 will run 10:00-11:00 a.m.)
Ages 9-12 | 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (August 16 and 23 will run 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.)
Ages 13-18  | 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (August 16 and 23 will run 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.)
