Ready, aim, fire! Discover the fundamentals of archery, a precision sport you can continue enjoying at local ranges throughout St. Louis County. All equipment is provided, and bows are sized appropriately for participants ages 10 and up. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is perfect for all levels.Taught by Community Ed instructor, Bertha Doar. There is no transportation for this class. 

Create and Construct with Knots and Lashings | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades entering 6-8 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $29 | July 31
Join us for a morning of hands-on learning as we introduce the concept of knots and lashing through engaging activities and games. Lashings are an integral part of almost any survival structure from rafts to shelters. By the end, you'll have the skills to ensure your next survival shelter stays intact! There is no transportation for this class.

Venturing off the beaten path can be tricky, but with the right skills, you can navigate the forest with confidence. Learn essential techniques for safely finding your way, including map and compass use, as well as GPS technology. Gain valuable skills to keep you safe while exploring, and enjoy the opportunity to meet new friends along the way! Thee is no transporation for this class.

BablerWiLD:Wk 9: Ultimate Camp Sampler | 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. | Grades entering K-6 | Babler OEC Outpost | $279
We hate to see the summer end, but love playing our FAVORITE activities from BablerWiLD. All week long, choose from your favorite activities. It's a perfect way to try activities from across all themed weeks! This is the BEST way to close out the summer. The fun continues with classic BablerWiLD games and camp sampler activities.

BablerWiLD is an outdoor and nature-based summer day camp located inside Babler Memorial State Park. Each week includes BablerWiLD's favorite activities such as creek walks, tag games, arts and crafts as well as specialty activities based around each week's individual theme. Please send your camper to camp each day with a water bottle, lunch, two (2) snacks, bug spray and sunscreen.

Transportation options include:

1. Parent drop off (Drop off between 8:30 am-9 am & Pick Up between 3-3:30 pm)
2. Bus transportation from Blevins Elementary (Drop off between 7:35 am-7:45 am & Pick Up between 4:10 pm-4:25pm)
3. Bus transportation from Bowles Elementary (Drop off between 8-8:10 am & Pick Up between 3:45 pm-4 pm)
4. Bus transportation from Highcroft Ridge Elementary (Drop off between 8:25 am-8:35 am & Pick Up between 3:20 pm-3:35 pm)
