Learn to be comfortable in your own skin! Regardless of size, shape or appearance, come celebrate your body with us. Students will learn how to increase self-confidence through dance and sass. Come out of your shell with fun, confidence building exercises and learn a dance to share with your partner! Offered in partnership with St. Lou Dance Crew.
