At HI-NRG, our programs are performance-based, with students learning fun, high-energy routines to showcase for family and friends at the end of each 6-week session. Our Cheer Squad promotes physical activity, teamwork, dedication, and discipline—helping athletes grow in confidence, build friendships, and shine in front of a crowd.
