This introductory flag football program teaches the fundamentals of the game, including flag-pulling techniques, offensive and defensive strategies, and essential skills like throwing, catching, and footwork. Participants will also build teamwork and sportsmanship in a fun, supportive environment. Offered in partnership with Totally Groomed Pros Sports.
