Develop confidence, self-control and a sense of calm while learning self-defense! Black belt instructor encourages students, rather than using intimidation. This course teaches hand/foot techniques including breaking free from an attacker or bully. Stressed as a martial art rather than a competitive sport. Uniform is optional but is required for student to take the test. You may purchase in the first class: $25 to $35 depending on age. Offered in partnership with The Arch Shidokan Karate.
