Our HI-NRG preschool program builds confidence through gymnastic basics such as: handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, candlesticks on bars, walking and bear crawling on beams, and basic elements on trampoline. In collaboration with HI-NRG.

Session 1: Tuesdays, starts September 9 
Session 2: Thursdays, starts September 11
Session 3: Tuesdays, starts October 21
Session 4: Tuesdays, starts October 23 (no class November 27)

11 a.m.-12 p.m. | 6 sessions | Ages 3-6
