This class explores essential workplace laws and leadership skills for today’s work environment. Learn effective methods for handling difficult situations, managing disruptive employees, and using company policies to set boundaries. Gain the ability to detect and address threatening behavior, and create a positive, supportive work culture through rules and constructive responses.
