This Adult First Aid/CPR course provides essential training to recognize and respond to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. Certification is valid for two years. The course is taught over two sessions: the first is 1.5 hours, and the second is 2 hours to allow time for required testing. Instruction is led by a certified First Aid/CPR instructor.

Session 1: Saturday, starts October 4 
Session 2: Saturday, starts Novmber 1
Session 3: Saturday, starts December 6
