Sorrento Springs Elementary E-Hour Session 4: Mad Science: Ready, STEM, Go!

Discover how STEM is at work in the world around you! We’ll get things moving as we investigate the science of motion and energy by making objects pop, jump, spin, and flip. We’ll explore the animal kingdom, both on land and under the sea as we check how big these creatures really are and how they eat, live, and survive. Check out the world of mixtures as we stir stuff up and filter things out. Discover the technology that powers our cell phones in our modern world. Every class has a combination of cool demonstrations, fun discussions, and exciting hands-on science activities. Each week, children will take-home a scientific activity to keep exploring more at home!
