The preschool lesson program is designed to introduce 3-4 year olds to proper breathing, front/back float and kicking techniques. When they can be done on a consistent basis, the child will continue to freestyle and backstroke. After they have reached the age of four, they may be moved to the Group Lessons.

NOTE: Due to anticipated pool conflicts with high school sports, we have scheduled one longer session instead of two shorter sessions.  Should any lessons need to be canceled, refunds will be processed for those dates.
