Children's Self-Defense

In this 6-week introductory course, students learn practical self-defense skills through Kenpo Karate, focusing on confidence, awareness, and bully-repelling techniques. Through age-appropriate scenarios and movement drills, they build strength, respect, and the tools to stand tall in tough situations. Instructor: Legends Karate
