Develop confidence, self-control, and calmness while learning self-defense in a fun, supportive environment! A black belt instructor teaches hand and foot techniques, including how to break free from an attacker or bully, focusing on martial arts skills rather than competition. Required uniform can be purchased at the first class for $25 to $35 depending on age. Instructor: Arch Shidokan Karate
