Skyhawks Track and Field
Dash, jump, and throw with Skyhawks Track & Field! This program teaches young athletes track and field essentials, including body positioning, stride, stretching, and cool-downs. Participants try events such as javelin, discus, and hurdles, which vary by location. Each session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Join us for athletic and personal growth!
