In this fun and flavorful class, kids will explore the sweet side of Mexican cooking by making simple desserts they can enjoy and share. Young chefs will learn to prepare traditional favorites like fresas con crema (fresh strawberries in sweet cream), polvorones (powdery sugar cookies), and colorful paletas (fruit popsicles). Along the way, they'll practice measuring, mixing, and decorating while discovering fun food traditions from Mexico. Perfect for beginners, this class combines hands-on cooking, creativity, and a delicious taste of culture. This course is a drop-off program. Instructor: Jodi Gomez
