Experience a family-friendly outdoor cooking class and make a simple, delicious dessert in a cast iron Dutch oven over an open fire. Kids and adults will get hands-on experience with safe fire-building and rustic cooking skills. Instructor: Matt McKenzie

When you are ordering this program, please select 1 adult as the attendee. You will be to prompted to choose your price according to the number of family members attending on a later screen. You do not need to check each family member attending.

Hi, everyone! I am Matt McKenzie and I have been a PRCE Instructor for 2 years. Before that I served 22 years in the US Army, with my last 8 as a unit Training NCO, and retired in 2021. I can't wait to share my knowledge and skills with you in these courses!
