Adult Beginner Jazz

A fun, welcoming class designed for adults with little to no dance experience. This beginner jazz class focuses on building confidence, learning foundational steps, and exploring musicality in an upbeat, supportive environment. Improve coordination, strength, and flexibility while dancing to energetic music and enjoying the joy of movement. No experience needed. Instructor: St. Lou Dance Crew
