Hatha Yoga
This all levels class moves through a gentle warm-up, stretching and a variety of yoga poses in a supportive atmosphere. Breathwork and mindfulness are used to deepen the practice. Instructor: Della Thompson
Session 1: Mondays, starts September 14 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. (no class October 5 and October 26)
Session 2: Mondays, starts November 16 | 4:30-5:30 p.m. *note start date change from printed catalog
