Balance Barre
Build better balance through the art of dance! This ballet-inspired class blends gentle, modified barre exercises with flowing stretches set to music. No dance background is required. Designed especially for adults 50+, Balance Barre targets the key foundations of stability: strength, posture, flexibility, and coordination. Each combination helps you stand taller, move with confidence, and improve everyday balance. Guided by a professional dancer, you will enjoy clear demonstrations and an uplifting, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling steady and strong. Instructor: Vitality in Motion
