Dancing Through the Decades

Get ready for a weekly dance party with no rhythm required. Designed for adults 50+, this Vitality In Motion class combines classic hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s with simple, energizing dance steps and stretches to improve balance, posture, strength, tone, and stamina in a fun, social environment.
