Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise often referred to as “meditation in motion.” This ancient practice serves as a powerful tool to help individuals connect with themselves and the world around them while building strength and flexibility. Participants will build upon simple seated or standing movements and techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life, enhancing both physical well-being and overall mindfulness.
