Pasta Perfect 2: From Scratch to Sauce

Step into the delicious world of Italian cooking in this hands-on class for kids! This class builds on skills learned in Pasta Perfect I (aka Italy: Pasta Makers). Young chefs will learn how to make ravioli, rigatoni, and other shapes of fresh pasta from scratch. In addition, they will learn to create unique and delicious sauces. Along the way, they’ll practice measuring, mixing, and kitchen safety while exploring the fun traditions of Italian cuisine. Perfect for kids with some cooking experience who have taken Pasta Perfect I (aka Italy: Pasta Makers), this class combines creativity, culture, and the joy of making and tasting your very own homemade pasta. This is a drop-off program taught by Community Ed instructor Jodi Gomez.
