Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Connect Movement to breath while developing strength and flexibility. Incorporate meditation and a series of postures to restore your body, mind and soul. Accessible for all levels with props available and variations to challenge more advanced practitioners as well. Taught by Community Ed instructor Gina Caruso.
