Enjoy a little bit of everything with this week as we combine art and beginning yoga! You'll begin with basic yoga poses to develop a greater awareness of body, mind and breath. Have fun with amazing art projects where we'll draw, paint, collage and more. Taught by Community Ed Instructors.
