Ballet Barre Sculpting

Have you ever wanted the sculpted body of a dancer? If so, then this class is for you. Come learn the exercises dancers use to tone, sculpt and strengthen their arms, legs, back and stomach. This class is a low impact way to exercise that requires no dance experience. In addition to strength, the exercises you learn will help improve posture and increase flexibility. Both men and women are welcome. Kids ages 14+ can register with an adult. Taught by Community Ed instructor Julie Williams.

$65 • $32.50 Gold Card Program

Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 60 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout.
