Beginning Yoga

Experience the gift of yoga! Yoga benefits those of all ages– improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Practice can reduce stress, enhance mental clarity and awareness through a body-breath-mind connection. Bring your yoga mat to the first class. Offered in partnership with Fitness With A Twist; taught by S Womack, Ph.D., Iyengar Certified, RYT.

Ages 18+ 

Tuesdays • 6:00-7:00 p.m. • 6 sessions
Winter Session: Starts January 21 • Parkway Central Middle School (no class February 25)
Spring Session: Starts March 24 • Parkway Central Middle School (no class April 28)

Thursdays • 7:00-8:00 p.m. • 6 sessions
Winter Session: Starts January 23 • Parkway Central Middle School  (no class February 27) Class on February 20 will be held at Fern Ridge HS
Spring Session: Starts March 26 • Parkway Central Middle School
