Hip Hop Fitness Dance

Dance your way into shape! You’ll translate various calisthenic exercises into hip hop dance moves. It’s a great way to get and stay fit while enjoying yourself by doing hip hop moves you never thought possible. All classes are led by trained instructors who are taught to motivate and encourage while teaching intermediate to difficult hip hop moves. Offered in partnership with Athletes Global.

$49 • $36.75 Gold Card Program

Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 60 and older) receive a 25% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout.
