Chair Yoga Online Course

THIS IS AN ONLINE CLASS - Your instructor will email instructions 3-4 hours prior to class

Feel the benefits of yoga without having to get on the floor. You'll stretch the body, release tension, practice breathing, quiet the mind without having being on a yoga mat. Anyone can benefit from chair yoga especially if you have limited mobility or want to practice yoga at work. It is for all ages and can be practiced anytime! Taught by Community Ed instructor Angela Jurgensen.

Please note, this is a virtual/online class that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. To fully participate, you will need access to the Internet during the class time, and a built in camera/microphone on your device or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.

Please mark your calendar with class dates as we are unable to provide make ups or credits for missed classes.

All online classes are held in the Central Time Zone.

Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 60 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Gold Card issued in your name to receive the discounted rate. If you do not have a Gold Card and would like to request one, complete an online request form.

Silver Card members (residents outside of the Parkway and Rockwood districts ages 60 and older) receive a 15% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Silver Card membership to receive the discounted rate (you will not receive a physical card). If you are not registered for a Silver Card and would like to register, complete this online request form. Note: the Silver card does not provide free/reduced admission to Parkway or Rockwood High School sponsored events.
