Karate

Develop confidence, self-control and a calmness while learning self-defense and having FUN! Black belt instructor encourages rather than intimidates, and teaches hand/foot techniques including throws and breaking free from an attacker or bully. Stressed as a martial art rather than a competitive sport. Purchase the required uniform at first class - $25 to $35 depending on age. Extra fees to instructor for optional tests. Offered in partnership with The Arch Shidokan Karate.
