Summer League Prep Program
This six week program is the perfect choice to prepare for your summer swim team! Three practices a week focusing on stroke technique, racing strategy, starts and turns and more. This program is led by Rockwood Swim Club Coaching Staff. All swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool in freestyle and backstroke.
Ages 5-18 | April 12-May 22
Mondays: Eureka High School | 7:15-8:15 p.m. *Time change from printed catalog
Wednesdays: Lafayette High School | 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Saturdays: Marquette High School | 12:00-1:00 p.m. *Note location change from printed catalog
