SwimAmerica Group Lessons: Session 14 (Weekday July 19 - 23); Crestview Middle School

SwimAmerica is a learn-to-swim program for ages 4 and up with classes taught in ten stations. New swimmers will be placed in a station that suits their ability and will progress from station to station at their own pace as the skills at each station can be achieved on a consistent basis. Our teaching progression emphasizes correct body position, stroke and kick, breathing and timing of the strokes. SwimAmerica strives to teach basic water safety, improve fitness, and have fun while learning proper swim techniques.
