Vinyasa Yoga - HYBRID

THIS IS A HYBRID CLASS - You may participate online OR in person

Connect your mind, body and spirit as you target muscles leading to a dynamic and challenging flow from posture to posture. Taught by Community Ed Instructor Angela Jurgensen.

Session 1: Tuesdays, Starts September 14 | 6 sessions | 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Session 2: Tuesdays, Starts September 14 | 6 sessions | 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Session 3: Thursdays, Starts September 16 | 6 sessions | 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Session 4: Tuesdays, Starts October 26 | 6 sessions | 2:00-3:00 p.m. *Note time change from printed catalog
Session 5: Tuesdays,  Starts October 26 | 6 sessions | 7:00-8:00 p.m. (The FIRST CLASS will be VIRTUAL for everyone)
Session 6: Thursdays, Starts October 28 | 6 sessions | 6:00-7:00 p.m. (no class November 25)

$55 | $27.50 Gold Card, $46.75 Silver Card

Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 60 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Gold Card issued in your name to receive the discounted rate. If you do not have a Gold Card and would like to request one, complete an online request form. Silver Card members (residents outside of the Parkway and Rockwood districts ages 60 and older) receive a 15% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Silver Card membership to receive the discounted rate (you will not receive a physical card). If you are not registered for a Silver Card and would like to register, complete this online request form. Note: the Silver card does not provide free/reduced admission to Parkway or Rockwood High School sponsored events.

IF YOU PARTICIPATE ONLINE:
Login information will be emailed to you by the instructor one (1) hour prior to your class time.

Please note, this is a virtual/online class that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. To fully participate, you will need access to the Internet during class time, and a built-in camera/microphone on your device or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.

Please mark your calendar with class dates as we are unable to provide make-ups or credits for missed classes.

All online classes are held in the Central Time Zone.
