Babies and parents alike benefit from this ancient tradition that has been practiced around the world for centuries and is now being rediscovered in the United States. Research shows that infants who are massaged daily sleep better, have less colic, and gain weight faster, while parents experience decreased stress, reduced anxiety, and increased confidence in their parenting skills. This class is designed for young infants under 12 months of age. Parents will learn how to massage different parts of their baby and adapt strokes to meet each child’s individual needs.
