This program was designed to give kids a positive introduction to Basketball and Volleyball. Using our age-appropriate curriculum and modified equipment, participants learn fundamentals of both sports and social skills through a series of fast-paced instructional circuits and developmental games. The primary development objectives for this class include dribbling, passing, and shooting for Basketball and passing, setting, and serving for Volleyball along with life skills such as respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship!
