Karate
Develop confidence, self-control and a sense of calm while learning self-defense! Black belt instructor encourages students, rather than using intimidation. This course teaches hand/foot techniques including breaking free from an attacker or bully. Advanced techniques including Kumitae to work with another partner is also taught. Modeling for Fun
Learn the art of pageant-style "T" poses and runway routines in this dynamic class! Practice with props, microphones, commercials, jackets, and more, while also focusing on nutrition and stage presence.
