    Develop confidence, self-control and a sense of calm while learning self-defense! Black belt instructor encourages students, rather than using intimidation. This course teaches hand/foot techniques including breaking free from an attacker or bully. Advanced techniques including Kumitae to work with another partner is also taught.   • Modeling for Fun

    Learn the art of pageant-style "T" poses and runway routines in this dynamic class! Practice with props, microphones, commercials, jackets, and more, while also focusing on nutrition and stage presence. The class culminates in a live fashion show for family and friends, featuring a clothing change to showcase your style. Students are encouraged to use their own wardrobe for the show.     Twirl, march, roll! Have fun, meet new friends, learn routines and more! Performance, recital and competition opportunities for all. Small prizes for meeting class goals; awards for completion. Taught by former state/national champion Jenney Woodford. Comfortable clothing, hair up/back. Indoor only canvas oxford, running, or jazz shoes. No sandals or flip flops, please.
