Skyhawks Lacrosse
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, in a fun, non-contact environment. All equipment is provided, though participants may bring their own stick. Soft balls are used, and no protective gear is required as play is non-checking and closely supervised. Instructor: Skyhawks
