    Challenge your cooking abilities with a partner and compete against other couples. Teams of two will compete to create the most delicious and innovative soup or stew recipe. Prizes will be awarded for the best overall dish, most creative presentation, and best taste. How it works: Participants will be provided with ingredients and will have a set time to create their best soup or stew. Teams will present their dishes, sample others' creations, and vote for their favorite dish. This class is taught by a CE Instructor.     Discover the art of sourdough with this beginner class! The program will walk you through the steps of sourdough breadmaking from creating your own sourdough starter, shaping and baking the perfect loaf. This class will provide you with the knowledge and skills to produce delicious and artisanal bread right in your own kitchen! This class is taught by a CE Instructor. Session 1: Tuesday, February 4 | Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed Office Session 2: Monday, April 28 | Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed Office Ages 18+ | 10 a.m.-12 p.m. $35 per person | $17.50 Gold Card, $29.75 Silver Card Pay a little more and help others enjoy learning and fun with Community Ed! Each of our adult programs includes an option to ‘pay a little more'. Gold Card members (Parkway and Rockwood district residents ages 50 and older) receive a 50% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Gold Card issued in your name to receive the discounted rate. If you do not have a Gold Card and would like to request one, complete an online request form. For any questions, please call us at 636-891-6644. Silver Card members (residents outside of the Parkway and Rockwood districts ages 50 and older) receive a 15% discount for this class. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Silver Card membership to receive the discounted rate (you will not receive a physical card). If you are not registered for a Silver Card and would like to register, complete this online request form.
